Delivery across Tanzania
We supply from Dar es Salaam to institutions nationwide. Deliveries within the city are made directly; upcountry orders go by the courier best suited to the consignment, and chemicals travel packed to their transport classification.
Every quotation states delivery separately from the goods, so procurement can see exactly what it is approving.

What buyers usually ask before a first order.
How do I get a price?
Add the items you need to your quote list, tell us the quantities, and submit the request. We reply with a formal quotation covering unit price, VAT and delivery. Items marked Request Price are quoted the same way, since the price simply depends on quantity.
Is there a minimum order?
It varies by product. Chemicals are supplied by the bottle, or by the carton for bulk orders; consumables by the box or case. Tell us what you need and we will quote what is practical, or suggest the nearest pack size.
Can I pay online?
No. Payment is arranged after you accept the quotation, by bank transfer or mobile money. Nothing on this site takes card details, and no payment is ever requested before you have a written quotation.
Do you supply safety data sheets?
Yes. Every chemical we supply has an SDS available, downloadable from its product page where we hold it and sent with the quotation otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked items are usually despatched within a working day of order confirmation. Anything marked On order is sourced to your requirement, and the quotation states the lead time before you commit.
What if a product is not listed?
Ask. The catalogue shows what we hold and reorder most often, not everything we can source. Send the specification through the quote form and we will come back on availability.
